Your Opportunity:

• To lead a small but might PM shift production team
• Support and lead your team to be the best that they can be through coaching, mentoring, and offering opportunities for both internal and external training
• Work closely with the AM and NS teams to ensure that production targets are achieved each day
• Working with Supply Chain to ensure that your team have the Raw Materials they need
• Working with Quality and HSE to improve our standards and the collective knowledge of our team

 
What we are looking for:
To be a successful member of our pack you will be:

• Results and solutions focused and agile in your thinking
• Intermediate skills in Excel and Word
• A great communicator who is not afraid to ask questions and seek clarity when needed
• Experienced in leading a FMCG team – preferably in the meat industry
